Limitations

• May not be able to turn the victim back to normal.
• May be limited to transforming others into certain monsters only.
• Absolute Restoration and Transmutation Reversal can undo the transmutation.
• Conversion Negation and Conversion Immunity are the perfect counters.
• The transformation may be reversible, or at least preventable.
• Can be reversible by destroying the source.
• Users of Conversion Negation and Transformation Negation can undo the effects.
• Users of Conversion and Vampirism Immunity cannot be transformed.
• Weak against Vampire Manipulation.

Those with the power of the Founding Titan (Attack on Titan) can forcibly change Subjects of Ymir into Pure Titans, and presumably vice-versa.

Due to his royal heritage, but lacking the Founding Titan, Zeke Yeager (Attack on Titan) can also convert Subjects of Ymir into Pure Titans, but only after they have been exposed to his spinal fluid.

Apostles (Berserk) can turn humans into demons by infesting them with their demonic essence or infusing them with demonic power, turning them into Apostle Spawn. Mozgus, pictured above, is a particularly powerful Apostle Spawn.

The Behelits (Berserk) are magical amulets with the power of summoning the God Hand and turning the bearers into Apostles if they are activated. The Crimson Behelit, pictured above, is a special type used to choose new members of the God Hand.

Diva's (Blood+) blood is the source of Delta 67, a substance that can infect humans and turn them into Chiropterans....
