Capabilities

The user can transform subjects, including matter, energy, beings, powers, concepts, etc., into discs. The subject can either be transformed completely, partially, permanently or temporarily depending on what level of power the user has, with some users being able to induce and reverse the effect at will.

• May not be able to turn the victim back to normal.
• Could have unwanted results if misused.
• Immutability/Transmutation Immunity prevents transformation.
