The user can create, shape and manipulate absolutes, the complete, unchanged/unchanging, eternal/infinite, all-encompassing/all-transcending, incomparable, omnipotent, perfect, highest and supreme aspects, qualities or properties of things, allowing them to manipulate the supreme and unfettered aspects of anything/everything, including space, time, form/shape, dimensions/realities, laws/rules, attributes/traits, systems, life/death, creation/destruction, to absolute levels.

Importantly, this is not manipulation of absolutely everything on an absolute scale, but rather a manipulation of anything of an absolute nature, generally understood to mean things which are not dependent on, conditional on, relative to or restricted by anything else; rather, being self-contained, perfect and complete. For example, an absolute truth is one which is true in all contexts, as there is no condition determining when it does or does not apply, it just does; it is entirely self-contained, and thus is not derived from any other truths or logic. Similarly, an absolute law is one which applies to absolutely everything and cannot be bent or broken due to being unrestricted and perfect - they would also operate independently of any external definition due to being entirely self-contained and complete.
