Capabilities

The user can impose absolute and irresistible commands upon anything, including themselves, as well as natural and supernatural or living and non-living existences. The user can grant anyone anything or themselves any power simply by commanding it so. Though commands are usually spoken in words, the user's intentions are what truly matters; they can impose complex commands with a single word, through a specific gesture or a sheer act of will, unquestioningly bending anything and everything to their will with all their intents and meaning behind it.

Applications (General)

Absolute Change: Can change absolutely anything and everything, either completely or partially, permanently or temporarily, from physical things like humans and objects to metaphysical things like concepts and logic, etc. regardless of the target's immunities, simply by commanding the change to take place.
Absolute Domination: Hold complete and total hold over the emancipation or enthrallment of any and all concepts, such as free will, personal capability, universal/esoterica flow and even power of personal thought process or individual characteristics. A single command from the user can dominate or free absolutely anything/everything.
Absolute Will: Has absolute strength of will, which can be applied to achieve virtually anything through sheer force of intent. The user is completely immune to all forms of control and possesses a complete and total freedom due to their willpower overriding anything put against them, with the user's will being a form of command in and of itself by which their power can operate.
Absolute Wish: Can grant absolute and perfect wishes to themselves and/or others without any limitations, simply by commanding that the wish be granted. They can even make vague or inconceivable wishes come true no matter what, as their power always makes the wishes come out the exact way the wisher intended and desired. If the user wills it, the act of wishing itself can be considered a means of command.
Access Manipulation: User can create, shape and manipulate access/occlusion, entrances/exits, manipulating what can be entered/exited and what cannot to every/anywhere/when. They can create new entrances/exits, manipulate where they lead to, if/what key is needed, etc.
Boundless Influence: The user has connections/influence with anything/anyone/everything up to and/or possibly the supreme being. This gives them clout/pull over anything they wish and can force those higher powers to grant favors, requests, and even get them to change their mind and decisions/judgments about things that would normally be irreversible. The user can summon anything they wish because of their connections to it. They may even be able to influence users of Freedom and Control Immunity due to their far-reaching connections.Unlike Omniarch, user may not actually rule or be in charge of anything, rather they simply influence the higher powers to grant them whatever they request because of their influence.
Nigh-Omnipotence/Omnipotence: The user possess an immense amount of power and various abilities to command anything and anyone to do with as the user pleases.
Omniarch: Total control over any dominion the user desires; The user's orders, decisions and dictated laws are completely irrefutable and impossible to disobey, with their authority surpassing and superseding even supernatural and divine authorities.
Omni-Manipulation: The user can manipulate anything by commanding anything to be changed in any shape or form and to any degree the user chooses.
Supreme Voice: A single word alone can have supremacy over all of existence as they are capable of doing anything and everything with but one’s voice. With sentences and the intentions behind them users can do anything by vocally commanding things to their will.
