Capabilities

Users are able to redirect superpowers, causing them to target/affect other people, objects, concepts, etc., instead of targeting/affecting the people, objects, concepts, etc., they were meant to.

For example, if powers like telekinesis or destruction were used against the user, the user could redirect them to target the air around them, another person, back to their user, etc.
