Capabilities

The user can move or act normally on unstable surfaces such as trampolines and mattresses, earthquakes, objects attached to anything elastic, unfixed falling objects, collapsing structures or even moving vehicles as well as other changing surfaces. With objects that are attached to elastic items or are elastic, they don't snap back to their original position as long as they are on or holding them. They never fall down while moving on those things and can keep upright without a sweat.
