Sam Howell/SCP-3812 - A Voice Behind Me (SCP Foundation) superseded his own author Ben and is now able to manipulate the plot thanks to existing on infinite higher narratives.
SCP-3999 - I Am At The Center Of Everything That Happens To Me (SCP Foundation) has tremendous plot manipulation abilities, as it is a Swann entity.
The Author (Once Upon a Time), with his magic pen, can manipulate the story of anybody to suit his desires.
Alba (Senyu) once tried to alter the plot in order to get out of jail, but his attempt didn't last very long.
After Creasion (Senyu) changed the characters, the plot, and the narrator at the same time, events became totally different, as the new art style showcases.
The Plot Device (Sheep in the Big City) is a machine that sets up and controls the plot of the series.
Caliborn/Lord English (Homestuck) unlocked the narrative and assumed control of it, creating "Homosuck." Later, as Lord English, he was destroying the structure of the story and dialogue boxes with his stardust glitches, poisoning people with Canonical Dissolution, and killing his own author, threatening to destroy all of canon and paradox space.
Altair (Re:Creators) is capable of breaking free of a plot, revising aspects of a plot, or even erasing a plot element outright.
Animdude (FNaF World) is "The Storyteller" of the game, being able to halt the main party's progress by making it "The End" of the story.
After fusing with Caliborn's treasure, John Egbert (Homestuck) gained the retcon powers, allowing him to change the narrative of Homestuck, blow away glitches on the fabric of the story and the website, freely move through Canonspace, teleport planets into between the comic panels, and transcend the confines of canon itself.
Alongside Slender Man, HABIT (EverymanHYBRID) directly controls and orchestrates the lives of the EverymanHYBRID crew across "multiple iterations" like a form of fiction and reloads them at his own discretion. According to him, life is a lie that grows on its own.
Monika (Doki Doki Literature Club) Is aware of the fictionality of her universe and can manipulate the script to decide on the events that happen in the game.
Ultimate Dirk Strider (Homestuck) assumed control over the narration of Homestuck, changing the thoughts of characters, influencing events, talking to the readers, and even connecting with the real world's internet.
Alternate Calliope (Homestuck) absorbed the green sun, the "largest source of raw narrative mass in the multiverse" and could hijack control over the narration and even overpower other narrators like Ultimate Dirk Strider.
The MSPA Reader (Homestuck) touched The Treasure, granting the retcon powers, allowing him to travel anywhere in the narrative and change fundamental events and creating a "narrative paradox" such as impeding Sburb from ever starting...
...later absorbing the green sun, being both bigger and inside his story, becoming it's the first guardian and turning it into a "Locked Timeline".
Miyuki Sone (Kimi to Kanojo to Kanojo no Koi) is capable of rewriting the script of her game via the power of God and the usage of her smartphone.
Similarly, Aoi Mukou (Kimi to Kanojo to Kanojo no Koi) is capable of achieving such feats via calling "God."
Self-Reference ENGINE (Self-Reference ENGINE) is a nonexistent machine that acts as a record and storyteller of all possible events and narratives, as well as their prime mover, whose continuous operation brings all things (including itself, as its name suggests) into form.
