Walter Shreeve/Shriek (Batman Beyond) has a muting device on his right generator that can suppressed the sound of a contiguous area, produced absolute silence and made the waves cancel each other by replaying the sound it captured out of sync.
Monspeet's (The Seven Deadly Sins/Nanatsu no Taizai) Commandment of Reticence cause anyone who expresses hidden feeling and/or emotions rendered unable to speak.
When a Miraculous holder wishes, they can snap their fingers pointing at their kwami or being told to shut up, be quiet, or just "Silence!", their mouths are sealed, rendering them completely mute, until the holder snaps their fingers (Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug and Cat Noir)
Bumblebee (Transformers film series) has his voice box damaged by some Deceptions, possibly Megatron, usually unable to talk. He can only communicate through a car radio inside his body.
Bumblebee (Transformers: Prime) lost his voice box to Megatron, until it was restored by the Omega Lock's energy field.
