Nocturnal (Elder Scrolls franchise) is the Daedric Prince who created the Skeleton Key, a lockpick that can open any door without breaking.
As long as the Wax Key perk has been unlocked, The Last Dragonborn (The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim) can make a key for any lock that is successfully picked while a key for that door isn't currently possessed.
Riku (Kingdom Hearts) was able to forge both a keyblade for himself and for Kairi when she needed it.
Using her meteor bracelet, Toph Beifong (Avatar: The Last Airbender) was able to make a key out of it using her metal bending.
