The user can tag/hit anything, including the fastest of people or objects. Any power the user has is capable of hitting anything, including conceptual or spiritual things. They can tag things and people no matter how fast they are.

• Some users of this skill may or may not be able to tag all (or everything) that is listed per the capabilities (this would depend on what character is capable of doing as such, their level of tagging skill or their means of tagging (in any way, shape, or form). As some attacks may be too far beyond what some users are (normally) capable of tagging.
• May not be able to tag what they can't touch.
