The user has luck that is applicable to combative situations, even with no active effort and participation by the users, good combat related things happen to them. Meaning that the user in a fight is always fortunate, causing good luck to themselves and their companions who fight alongside them while also bringing bad luck to their enemies at the right and specific circumstances. This makes them the absolute worst person to fight against because of luck.
